Wageroller® facilities offer an additional source of funding for businesses by gearing payroll commitments rather than sales ledgers or other assets. This revolutionary form of business finance is highly complimentary to bank overdrafts, and most other types of asset based funding, without effecting existing security arrangements or confidentiality. These facilities are self managed online in a similar manner to an online overdraft facility, and directly settle the business’ wage and PAYE/NI commitments in one simple transaction.Wageroller® facilities provide a 56-day revolving credit line that releases up to two times the business' monthly payroll commitment into cash flow. As an example, if payroll commitments are £250,000 per month, the Wageroller® facility would typically provide £500,000 in additional working capital for the business. Facility charges are calculated on the average monthly funds in use only, with no penalties for early re-payment, no fixed monthly fees if unused, and they provide full utilisation (100%) of the agreed limit that can be accessed on an ad-hoc or rolling basis. In practice the Wageroller® facilities have been demonstrated to allow businesses to accurately predict and reliably manage cash flow peaks and troughs throughout the year, especially during growth and high activity periods.
